Textile Transformation Studio

Forgotten textiles, redesigned to last.

Vintage quilts and secondhand textiles — sourced, repaired, and transformed into one-of-a-kind wearable pieces. Every garment begins with what already exists and ends with something entirely new.

Every garment starts with what already exists.

At Jillie P, vintage quilts and secondhand textiles are studied, repaired, and redesigned from the inside out. The structure of each textile becomes the starting point. The placement of every seam is deliberate. The result is a garment that honors the original material while making it entirely relevant for how you dress now.

Limited production. Thoughtful process. Nothing made twice.

Every piece starts before you see it.

The Find

Every quilt is found. Sourced from antique markets, estate sales, and private collections — chosen for its structure, its history, and what it still has to give. The eye for the right textile took years to develop. It informs every decision made before the studio work begins.

The Repair

Before anything is cut or sewn, the textile is washed, assessed, and repaired. Fragile sections are reinforced. Worn areas are stabilized. This stage can take days. It is where most of the value is built — and where most of the work is invisible once the piece is finished.

The Design

Pattern placement is mapped by hand. Every seam, every patch of color, positioned deliberately around the structure of the quilt. Each textile requires its own set of decisions. That is why every piece that leaves the studio is the only one of its kind.

Custom Work

A piece made from a textile that chose you.

A small number of commissions are offered each cycle. Browse the available textiles, choose a silhouette, and tell me what you're after. I handle the rest — by hand, in the studio, from the first stitch to the last.

One maker. One piece. Made for you.
